Copying problematic files from other game versions and slapping them into FORC-FDEV-D-1013 (the Horizons folder) like the caveman I amĮventually, the file in the popup was changed.Manually pasting the text of the other vp8decoder.dll into the Elite Dangerous vp8decoder.dll like the caveman I am.
